Google Desktop Search Download
A useful tool for finding that file on your PC, plus related stuff on the internet. This software is still in beta [i.e. trial] stage, but it seems stable enough to offthebeatenpath. A slightly similar product is Blinkx, which offthebeatenpath is also currently testing. Both these tools seem to be working well, with advantages evident for both.
